Olympia Okonmah
Director/AD Team Trainee on Netflix's "The Adam Project"
Olympia Okonmah was a part of the GEI pilot program on the Vancouver set for “The Adam Project.” Her time on set was revolutionary, to say the least: being able to work closely with the Director and Assistant Director, while falling in stride with the crew. She balanced multiple responsibilities and built strong connections to ensure she met her goal of being invaluable to the production from start to finish. In her opinion, she was able to do just that. Since her opportunity with GEI, she has landed jobs on other sets for studios such as Amazon and Netflix. She has maintained the same mindset she has had since “The Adam Project”— refusing to be anything less than invaluable on every production she sets foot on.
