Aljzana Clayton
People Coordinator at ALL3A Media
Aljzana Clayton is a first-generation college graduate that joined GEI in 2019. Her experiences of being a student within GEI has helped her start her career in entertainment and has given her opportunities that she wouldn’t have had access to otherwise. Working in the industry was always her dream, but breaking into entertainment was extremely difficult as a young Black woman attending community college. After finding GEI, she was able to secure internships with Lionsgate Entertainment, The Recording Academy, Amazon Studios, TBWA/Chiat Day, and All3Media America. Before graduating from USC, she was offered a full-time role at All3Media America as People Coordinator where she currently works.
