GEI will be hosting virtual group mock interviews with FilmNation representatives. Participants will receive constructive feedback from FilmNation reps to improve their interview skills for internships and entry-level positions.
GEI hosted a virtual Interview Workshop on Wednesday, January 31, from 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM PT via Zoom. Participants had the opportunity to learn tips and tricks on how to improve their interviews as well as engage in peer-to-peer feedback through breakout sessions.
GEI will be co-hosting an in-person event in NYC with United Talent Agency (UTA,) they will be hosting a soft skills panel, followed by an info session led by UTA recruiters.
GEI will be co-hosting an in-person event with DreamWorks in Los Angeles. This event will emphasize soft skills training, specifically those crucial for navigating internships and early careers. Additionally, there will be a panel featuring former interns who have successfully transitioned to full-time positions at DreamWorks. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage in discussions about their journeys at DWA and the skills that contributed to their success.
