Maria Luisa Ballon became a GEI participant right before she graduated from the University of Southern California’s Film and Television Production program. Through GEI, Maria landed development internships at Anonymous Content and Hunting Lane. When she decided to change career paths back in 2020, GEI helped her secure an internship with Narrator, Inc., a full-service creative agency. Maria improved her design skills and worked her way up to becoming a motion designer at the company. Maria is now looking to advance her knowledge in animation and 3D design.
