Group Effort hosted an in-person event at the Banijay Americas offices. The event kicked off with a moderated chat with Cris Abrego, Chairman of the Americas, Banijay and President and CEO, Endemol Shine Holdings and Los Angeles native, who shared his career story. Attendees also heard from company executives who discussed the unscripted development process as well as newer staff who walked Group Effort participants through their career path into the company.
